DAMAGED or LOST MERCHANDISE

We ship our items with extra care and plenty of packaging to ensure they arrive without any damages. You will receive an email when your order has actually shipped so that you can track its status. In any case that a FedEx or USPS package may arrive damaged or may not have arrived within the timeframe specified you are to notify us immediately so that we can investigate the issue.
 
If the item arrives damaged you would have to send us (3-5) pictures of the damaged merchandise and we will gladly file a claim on your behalf. We will gladly REPLACE the item by resending it free of charge. We ask you to not send back damaged merchandise unless you have spoken with a representative and we have instructed you to do so. There are NO REFUNDS given.. we can replace the item OR you can select other items of choice up to the value of the merchandise you originally purchased.  During the claim process if you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact us via email preferrably so we can document the conversations and agreements made.

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

We process orders within 3 business days. Shipping time after processing will take an additional 1-4 business days depending on your shipping destination and method of shipping. Check the above shipping schedule for FedEx and the USPS shipping chart below for the estimated delivery times.

If your order will take longer than 10 business days to process, we will notify you by email with an approximate shipping date of the item or items. 

Once an order is placed you will be notified by e-mail with an order confirmation, another email will be sent when we begin to process your order, and one more email that includes the tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. 

If you receive any wrong item(s) you must notify us within (3) days of receiving your order.

It is your responsibility to keep track of your items as we have hundreds of orders coming in and going out for delivery. If by any chance you misplace your tracking number please send us an email with your Order # and we will gladly provide you with the tracking number again. Please note, that if you are not home when your delivery has arrived, it is up to FedEx to decide whether to obtain a signature for delivery, drop the package off at your doorstep or leave it with a building manager, doorman or neighbor. Please specify at time of checkout if you want SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. To avoid returned packages, if you know ahead of time that you will not be home at time of your delivery, please let us know if you have any specific delivery options for us.
 
SHIPPING DELAYS

The following reasons may also result in shipping delays: Incorrect shipping address Shipping address does not match billing address Payment delay/issue Ordered items may be out of stock if ordered large quantities and our inventory would have to get restocked and customer will be notified as soon as our new shipment has arrived and ship it out to you immediately Severe weather conditions can hold up shipping and deliveries.

Returns are not accepted for Beaded Items; however.. exchanges are accepted after reviewing the issue if we are able to agree amicable. Exchanges may be accepted within (3) days of purchase upon prior notification via email and/or phone. The buyer pays for shipping charges unless it is a situation where the item got damaged in transit and a claim has now been created/reported. Or we have actually sent you the wrong item by mistake. In that case we will do our best to send you the correct item. PLEASE MAKE SURE that what you are ordering is the size that you NEED. We will not refund nor exchange an item if you have purchased the wrong size by mistake. The reason for this is we loose out on the possibility of receiving the item back damaged or lost in transit and cannot resale the item.
 
RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

* The item that you ordered is NOT the item that you received. Meaning its not the same color or style as pictured. Please note that hand-carved items like statues and bateas and opon ifa (tableros) are NEVER the same. They are all custom built and may slightly range in tone and style.

* The item arrived damaged and we cannot replace it because it is a LIMITED EDITION item that is no longer being fabricated or there is no other item it can be exchanged/replaced with.

Please note -- No returns are given for clothing. (this includes hats, scarf, robes, towels, underwear) We will honor a store credit in some cases but due to religious reasons we are not able to accept clothing back; whether worn or un-worn. There are many clients that CANNOT wear others clothing. Please make sure to indicate your size when purchasing clothing that is Unisex/One-Size Fits all..etc.

 
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Refunds/Cancellations are processed in the same form of payment that it was received unless
you have previously arranged it in another way (Store Credit/Gift Certificate) with the CEO or Vice President.

REFUNDS TAKE APPROXIMATELY 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS TO GET APPROVED AND DISBURSED. (PLEASE NOTE SUNDAYS ARE NOT CONSIDERED BUSINESS DAYS FOR BANK

REFUNDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.  ANY DAMAGES INCURRED AFTER WE DELIVER THE PACKAGES TO THE AGENCY OF YOUR CHOICE IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT THE AGENCY TO PLACE YOUR CLAIM. WE KEEP PICTURES OF ALL MERCHANDISE SENT TO THE AGENCY AND PACKAGED.. YOU ARE WELCOMED TO INSURE YOUR PACKAGE WITH INSURANCE AT THEIR COSTS.
